Fantastic staff and customer service
I came across Peak Health Online via a Twitter post from so intrigued I clicked on their links and visited their website Their website is very well thought and laid out with each category clearly visible Interested in the sexual health section I made some notes of potential products I d be interested in buying I went back to Twitter and followed the page and got talking to a fantastic chap named Mark Without going into too much personal detail I had some reservations about some of the products and their ability to help me Mark and I had a very lengthy conversation about my concerns and issues and he was able to reassure and guide me to the right products based on my needs etc I mulled over the products for a couple of days and then decided to buy The buying process was flawless very quick simple and easy to understand I went back on to Twitter to speak with Mark again but he was sadly working within the warehouse but a lovely lady helped me and said she would be happy to send it through to the warehouse for despatch but wasn t sure if I d missed that days collections A few moments later she came back to me in a message and that Mark had actually picked up the order and remembered our conversation and processed it and I did manage to catch that days post The next day the items I d order had arrived very discrete and very well packed I was so excited to get them home and indulge in the order I have since had other conversations with other members of Peak Health about other items I m looking at purchasing The staff there are so lovely and helpful and will go the extra mile I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and the level that these guys provide is world 1st class Such a pleasure to deal with I can t wait to place another order for items

5 star company and customer service
Peak Health has been absolutely exceptional In fact just as I was about to give up the lovely team at Peak Health Joanna Mark and IT department assisted me greatly I was unable to source several products from Australia and many other Countries due to shipping requirements Peak Health from UK went above and beyond to assist me in receiving my products I can t thank you enough I highly recommend Thank you so much Domenica- Australia

They Went The Extra Mile Great Service Great Products
I had some issues with the payment system when trying to order a device to help me with ADHD The company got back to me within minutes by email offering to help and we sorted it out I received my order of the David Alert Pro AVE which is a brain stimulation device this model specifically made for ADHD You can also use the Delight which has a wider range of sessions for everyday use This has been a game changer for me The product is great and so helpful I also ordered a pair of transparent glasses for the device so I can use it when working to help me focus and because royal mail had recently been slow they offered without my asking to send it to me first class recorded but with no cost to myself to try and make sure it got to me within the expected time frame Actually it turned up next day so I was double impressed by the speedy delivery and that the staff at Peak Health were thoughtful enough to do their best to help make that happen All in all my communication and experience with this company has been very warm and professional I really trust these guys and they will be my go to for other health products in future Thank you

PeakHealth have done it again
PeakHealth have done it again My new David Alert Pro continues to be an absolute life-saver Better mood concentration and now it seems it may also be improving my sleep But the multi-coloured glasses I use on the device recently became faulty I contacted Mindalive about it who let Peak Health know and Peak Health sent out a replacement set of glasses first class recorded hoping that it would get to me as fast as possible because it was bank holiday coming up Really impressed yet again by this company s care and performance I feel like they really want to do their best and make their customer s happy Big thank you to everyone at PeakHealth Jamie

Look no further
I came across Peak Health whilst searching for a CES device and am so glad I found their website I had borrowed a friends cheap inferior device with scant instructions which left me with an almost permanent headache I knew from reviews that I could benefit from using this type of device but needed reassurance that I wasn t making a big financial and health mistake From making first contact I have been treated with kindness and compassion Their customer service is exceptional In todays world it is good to have solid kind and caring customer service I was also impressed with their Counterfeit Awareness section I am now in possession of my CES machine and haven t looked back My special thanks go to Mark Nigel and Joanna in the background who all helped me in various ways and also made me smile I would have no hesitation in recommending Peak Health
