We have purchased over the years a number pearls in various setting from the Pearl Centre when it was based in the Birmingham Quite disappointed when told the Centre had closed but more importantly delighted to find out the business and Trevor were still operating but from Devon With Trevor help and knowledge we have just purchase pearls for our daughters 50th birthday The service quality and price was exceptional We know our daughter will be delighted

I wanted to treat myself but I was unsure about what I exactly wanted Thus I had to ask a few questions about pearls sizing etc I received a great advice and the customer service was outstanding The delivery was fast and my bracelet is even more beautiful in person than in the photo A very happy customer already thinking about a matching necklace

Trevor was very easy to deal with he answered all my questions very quickly provided me with extra images so I could inspect them more carefully I was a little nervous about purchasing a Tahitian pearl without seeing it in the flesh somewhat sceptical about buying through one of the bigger sites that come up in the Google searches based on reading reviews of such sites on various Pearl forum sites For that reason after quite a bit of research and procrastination I chose to go with a UK based independent specialist pearl jeweller I m glad I did I felt very assured by the whole process and am really pleased with the piece that I ended up buying It was made to order by Trevor a variation of one of the pieces already on the Pearl Gallery site Based on my experience I d have no hesitation in recommending them Just in case you re wondering I am actually a real person I m not being paid to write this review either
