If I could give it a negative star I would I place my order 3 months ago and they gave me a false tracking number after I claimed fraud with my bank I was denied my refund and still I never received my order DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS

This company changes its name to pearl waxx and other similiar and they take multiple amounts from you no customer service cos its a scam and their ads and facebook account disappear within a few days they even have the trustworthy digital signs on their websitedo not buy from pearlwaxx or anything like itif you want this product buy it on amazon or such

We had a similar experience to others described here Ordered the product and paid and lot It never came My only regret is that we didn t read reviews BEFORE we gave our money to these thieves Why are they still allowed to offer this online Where is the internet police to disallow them from stealing from people

Wouldn t even give it one star SCAM Paid 14 for products took 2 months then these products arrived that were totally random and definitely did NOT display the name PearlWax Disappointed as an Instagram meme account had posted advertising it don t trust Instagram ads This is the second time I ve fallen for it UGH

This company is an absolute scam I placed and order and paid 3 months ago and have still had no delivery I have contacted them several times and have only had 2 replies saying they have resent my order - this was over a month ago I have emailed them twice since and have had no reply I wish I read the reveries before ordering Absolutely disgusting STAY AWAY

if i could give this a 0 star i would i wasted about 100 on the site and nothing ever showed up i ordered my wax and melter about april and its almost july and there is no one i can talk to or get refund from i got completely scammed if anyone knows how i can get a refund or get my order please let me know
