Ensure your contact details are entered as the Importer if your order is coming to the UK

Having inserted their own details in the importers field of the documentation for a rod to be delivered to the UK the courier company were therefore unable to contact me to pay the required import duty charges and my rod was subsequently returned to Pecheur Who accepted they had erroneously completed the customs declaration upon return of the rod to them Pecheur were quick to refund me and advised me to reorder the rod and assured me the customs forms would be completed correctly for my follow up order They were true to their word and the rod was delivered well packaged and on the forecast delivery date
