I bought a bicycle but they cancelled the order because they doesn t want to sell it in that price Vedr rende ordre 4000012897

They sell they don t to the repairs

Hand my bike over for changing the tire no dead back for 10 days trying to call twice waited for someone to pick up the phone for 40 min They have few staff they sell they don t have staff to repairWould not recommend this shop

Little back ground to my rant I only ordered a bike before this I already received this so I had NO other order or item Not even worth giving a 1 star SUPER and I mean SUPER bad customer service I ordered an item the 7th of July I get it canceled the 24th july cause of some delivery delay and other reasons I got contacted today 3rd August that I can pick it up I have written and verbal confirmation that I got that item canceled the 24th The guy I talked with Jesper I think wanted to argue back cause I was confused and mad why I had an order even when I canceled what I ordered The guy wanted to argue back that the item was under a different order number and it was a different thing when it was from the vendor mind you the order number I talk about at first is the only order number I had from them what new or other order number they had on this item I have no CLUE WHY DON T YOU JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING I canceled the order for a reason SUCH a stupid system I told them maybe they should put orders in their website so people can see status on orders and have a blind guess and call them reach time cause it s not anywhere to be seen or checked and more customer friendly Order numbers they send is not even registered to your account They always ask what s your phone number what is your order number I give them the order number first So you have my number there surely right RIGHT NOPE apparently not Mind you the system is there they just don t add it Would be great if they could or would but with how incompetent they show me they are then I don t have high hopes Horrible Service Would NOT recommend at all cost Don t go here I MEAN it

I have ordered a bike from them

I have ordered a bike from them 4000019074 at 12 03 2024 Although they stated that the delivery is in between 2-5 working days I haven t heard anything about the bike I called and emailed to them several times but they kept saying they are very busy and the bike will be ready next week but it still hasn t arrived yet

Harassment with bogus invoices

Never shop at this company They charge you for unwanted items and services then they send you invoices with extra fees I m filling a complaint with the Danish Consumer Agency will keep this review updated

I placed my order on the 24th of January a week later I received the parcel but it was the order of a different recipient That mistake can happen so I got the post label for the wrong order and sent it to the original recipient I was still waiting for my order I do not get any updates or tracking information The customer service does not help and gives updates like We will follow up Today is the 10th of February and still no update or delivery to my order Can not recommend to buy there
