I went to speak to a representative on line at pelsbarn regarding a call tag after way too many issues They said that they would connect me for a 1 which would be refunded I thought this would strange So up comes PayPal apple pay and credit cards I believe Anyway I was appalled when I saw that they were going to take 46 There was no place that I can change it to one dollar And I started thinking about it and saying to myself why should I have to pay even one dollar to have to speak to a representative at all They were wrong and what they did and all I wanted was a call tag It s not as though I didn t spend another hundred and something dollars after they told me to order a medium size cooling bed for a tiny little dog So that has to go back and I ll have to pay to send it back A very poor company to do business with BUYER BEWARE Ticker Bashen

Property Damage

When our product was delivered the driver caused damage to our property We reached out to Pelsbarn who asked us for the order number and other specific information We sent them the requested information as well as video from our cameras showing when the damage occurred We have asked for the information of the delivery company and have not been provided this information even further now Pelsbarn is stating there is nothing they can do This is a clear sign that they do not care about the customer nor damages caused by their delivery company Such a shame

Disappointed

They sell a double car bed and expect you to pay for extra for 2 seatbelts I think for 140 dollars the least they can do is provide you with 2 seatbelts Disappointed

Karoline was an absolute pleasure to deal with I had a lot of questions before placing an order for a car seat which she was happy to answer Delivery times were fast and the product is perfect Thank you

Wrong size but resolved

I had ordered the car pet bed and thought I ordered the medium but the small arrived Once I contacted and heard back it did take some time Pelsbarn requested photos which I thought odd but did anyway After a total of two weeks back and forth they replaced the bed with the correct size and my dog LOVES it They also said to donate the bed that was too small which I did and because of my good experience and the fact that my dog loves the bed I purchased another one for inside the house Overall it took much longer than expected to resolve the issue but I give them credit for doing the right thing and keeping a customer happy

Amazing Cooling dog bed

Super happy with the cooling bed pad for dogs It actually works great and my pup loves it It s oddly cool to the touch soft and portable which is convenient I also got the single pads for other areas in the house The shipping took a little longer but everything arrived and my inquiries were responded to

Got a fault on the product and complained it was no problem to get a new product Was fixed in a few minutes
