Excellent customer service from Sean and his team for the past twenty plus years Cars and parts are always securely packaged I have never received any damaged cars - on one occasion a lid was cracked and they immediately offered to replaced the lid with my next order They always make the effort to source the best courier price with each shipment Cape Town South Africa Their first person approach of doing business is highly valued

I have used Pendle quite a few times now for both Carrera and Scalextric If I have not been sure about something a phone call has always been able to sort my question out Very pleased with the service and will use Pendle whenever possible
