Great team

From day one Jane updated us in a very pleasant way on what was in progress and what day time the fitters would be coming Right through the whole job afterwards rang to make sure everything was ok she did a great job The fitters Dave Dale were on time never stopped even for a cup of tea They put rubbish in the van not on drive Two great workers Great job

Pennine windows

Pennine windows were in my local area and booked in with Courtney for a quote for new windows He turned up on time and explained everything in detail to us He answered all questions politely and fully and was very amicable at all times The pricing was very reasonable and we were very happy to proceed with a purchase

We had a great experience with Pennine since the booking of appointment until the quote given by Graham He showed great knowledge about the style and characteristics of the windows and also took in consideration what we were looking for price wise Graham was very polite throughout the visit and we never felt pressured on making a decision So far the experience of buying with Pennine has been great Thanks

Very thorough on time explained about the company ethos showed a window and what to expect took all measurements of what s required Jon I found was very good in doing his job gave the price confirmed what s happening We would definitely use this company again for anything required in the future
