The experience has much improved

The experience has much improved I remember getting pretty stressed out before my exam historically because of having to set up Exam Shield But the process has improved considerably and the proctor was helpful

A Wonderful Experience

I had a lot of technical issues trying to check into the exam but the examiner was very patient and supportive He guided me and made sure everything was okay and I was able to take the exam Once the exam started everything went on smoothly until the end and just within 24 hours I already have my certificate and the official statement of results Everything about PeopleCert is indeed top-notch

Excellent Support

I had problems due to firewall blocking on my laptop But the Support staff and the examiner resolved and let me take the exam all be it later than scheduled

Exam Proctor Was Great

I did PRINCE2 Exam online at home Despite doing all the initial checks there was a problem with my connecting properly with the exam proctor I ended up starting the exam 25 mins than the time I broke but the exam proctor was extremely good she told exactly what I needed to do and waited for me to come back online and go through the check in process again The easier thing would have been to make me do the exam another time but she persisted and we got there in the end
