Trainer was very knowledgeable about the product but if he didn t know the answer emailed a colleague or support team straight away and sent on the answer as soon as received Training sessions were an appropriate length and didn t go on any longer than was needed Clearly explained and sent over links to the session recordings

Matt Temperton training hero

Matt Temperton is a star Matt is very clear patient and instils confidence to try to undertake what he has trained He follows up and ensures that each training session follows on seamlessly from the last He is a real credit to the company and we have already booked more training as a consequence and received internal budget approval for still more

Thomas Booth is brilliant

The Onboarding process with People HR

The Onboarding process with People HR whilst initially it was difficult to book out training sessions due to holidays etc The training Modules where comprehensive and helpful Tom Booth who conducted our Training on 27th August was very knowledgeable and informative and the 3 hour session passed very quickly due to his manner and style

Absence Reporting

I needed assistance in creating new rules around our absence from work recording on the People HR system I spoke with a chap called Mohammed Abdalfatah who took time out to arrange a Teams call and patiently assist me with my query Without his this task would have been painstakingly difficult and lengthy 10 10 service

Getting the correct Manager authorisation

Neil McCafferty responded to the request promptly and politely his guidance was clear and relevant he had considered a number of reasons why this may not work and had noted that the primary administrator for our account could likely solve the issue We have been able to take steps to resolve this promptly and with a good insight for our team - Thanks Neil

Thomas ran a training session on Ripple for our team His knowledge of the system and the step by step well delivered training has really helped us to build the platform to suit our needs and make onboarding a more streamlined process His training style was professional calm in depth and at a pace that ensured we understood the system and could go away confident to do it ourselves
