AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is an awful service I requested in June to transfer all my funds to another pension which has not been actioned by September I was on hold whilst an agent looked into my enquiry in September without answering my enquiry placed me on hold for a long time then hung up never coming back I WOULD AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

Do not do business with these people
This company is appalling making promises that they do not keep five different telephone agents giving five different excuses They advertise that they pay your pension pot in three weeks from opting out I m now seventeen weeks and still haven t received a penny Please avoid this company at all costs and if you can t then report them to trading standards and the Financial Ombudsman

Can t log in to my account
Several times emailing calling them for two months now and they still can t seem to work out why I can t log in to my account I am not the only one who has experienced problems logging in whereby you enter your one time passcode and it takes you back to the login page with no message or anything Keep getting different people in support who respond several days later with scripted answers with the obvious possible solutions This experience in dealing with them does not fill me with confidence Roll on those long overdue pension reforms whereby the employee will be able to choose who they invest their workplace pension with instead of the employer

They are holding my money against my will and I will now be forced to call them for a chance at getting it back
When I set up my account it was very easy to do and took 2-3 minutes That s because there s a chance I put more money and and they get a cut However when I want to opt out of the pension it now tells me that my account details could not be matched when only 5 minutes ago they matched perfectly ONLY WHEN I WANTED TO GET MY MONEY OUT are they now wrong and I have to now call them and probably stay on the line for hours to get MY OWN HARD-EARNED MONEY So beware this company will VERY GLADLY take your money but when it comes time to opt out they act like there s an error which I find too convenient They re holding my money against my will and now I will have to be on hold for hours to get it back This is a predatory practice and I will be reporting this to the Pensions Regulator because they are doing business in bad faith and will make you jump through hoops to opt out but 0 hoops to opt in

Hopeless - bureaucratic nightmare
Trying to get Pension Paid into a new account opened for that specific purpose Peoples Pension stating need copy off bank statements for 3 months - there are not any its a new account Apparently Peoples Pension are too stupid to realise this

This is a terrible pension company
This is a terrible pension company since changing there name from the people s pension to the peoples partnership I transferred just short of 100 000 into the pot No issues at that time but since then I have tried on numerous times to withdraw my money every time it just won t let me I ve phoned up on numerous times and each person who dealt with me would say it s a technical glitch try again after 48 hours which I have done and still same issue I then was crafty and transferred 500 into the account and it excepted it so I tried then to withdraw and it did the same thing again I am now putting this issue into my solicitors hands taking your money should be a stress free job and not a challenging time to see if you can with draw your money If you can tranfer money in why can you not withdraw it When it was the people s pension I could with draw money with a click of a button but since changing to people s partnership it seems money can go in but you can t withdraw stay clear

Awful when it comes to paying out
I turned 55 in April Applied for my small pot pension to pay for my wife to have foot surgery to alleviate her pain I provided every document that was requested Delays followed Finally I was messaged to contact an 0300 telephone number Except it doesn t work from Ireland The UK open university 0300 does so clearly it s people s partnership have the problem Thanfully my sister works in the industry and she found 01293 586666 I called and spoke to reception She tried to transfer me to the small pots team before coming back and saying thry would not speak to me but wanted me to answer questions such as am I really me and was I taking my smallpot of my own free will Bu it basically They then waited twenty more working days and paid out with no further communication No email or nothing I can no longer get onto the portal either I was paid out about 5 percent less than my illustration when I first requested my smallpot 3 months earlier So I ve seen the typical people s partnership response asking people to email them on this website So my response is you have my details why don t you email me and I will take twenty working days to reply to you Robert Cave
