Internet installation no show Unacceptable Confirmed with Pepephone on the day by phone that the engineer was coming They didn t Customer services said they are now unable to provide a replacement appointment until after when we require their services and they have to launch an investigation first They said this has never happened Looking at reviews here I would say that was a lie They had 10 days to inform me of any changes in plan Cancelling all current and future services with Pepephone PP86720004762

Dreadful amateurish customer service Have been charging me for two lines one that is dead and refuse to reimburse me Months and months of meaningless calls Finally agreed that the line did not work neither had I used it for 7 years Still wouldn t reimburse me unless I told the year the date and the exact hour that I had cancelled it As it was pay as you go anyway this should not have been necessary but heehaw would you remember the day let alone the exact hour I didn t even have a valid SIM as they moved servers yes 7 years ago Anyway DO NO USE They will send you cool letters that mean absolutely nothing Robbers Have gone to digi mobil and hope I get better service

The worst service and customer support ever
The worst service and customer support ever - They started the process of ownership transfer before even confirming they have all the necessary documentation to do so Out of the blue they cut off our internet and 2 mobile lines There was NO PRIOR NOTICE which is unbelievable - During the process of ownership transfer customer support agents were completely incompetent and incapable of providing any valuable information - In the end after 2 weeks of agony with their support they didn t resolve the problem which was created by their own incompetence and they informed us that the only possible thing is to close the account and open the new one - Last but not least once we closed the account after all the inconveniences they sent us an email in which they demanded from us to pack the equipment and take it back to the postal office or they would charge us a 90e fee instead of sending someone to pick up the equipment I would never recommend this company

Avoid them
Completely unprofessional attitude I booked appointment for today and nobody showed up They didnt even bother to inform me about it i was sitting and waiting for them and when i text to support they was telling me that technician had a problems to find the address Are you freakin serious So so angry

Awful experience
Awful experience For more than 1 month trying to get someone to come and check the internet which is not working Always a different excuse They mentioned they will show up at a specific time no one came i waited whole day After they tell me that i was not answering the phone Unfair treatment I am cancelling the subscription and getting another provider

Bad experience to activate a SIM card
Bad experience I got my phone stolen ordered a new SIM card it has been taken me 10 calls to customer support and the SIM card hasn t been activated yet More than one day trying with no success They don t give me a solution and always say it will get activated in the next 2 hours I can t access to any of my bank accounts or other apps because I need to verify log ins with a code they send to my phone It is being really frustrated Terrible experience to just activate a new SIM card Like if it not complicated already when we lose a phone they don t make it easy

Registration process impossible
Registration process impossible I made an online application for a PAYG mobile eSIM using my NIE as ID I received and signed contracts and direct debit forms I then waited for my existing number to be ported I then received repeated requests for documentation They stated my NIE was not sufficient and I needed to provide a Spanish resident card As a non-resident I don t have one I explained this and provided a copy of passport and other relevant ID Pepephone continue to state my ID documentation is insufficient and state that it is mandatory to have a Spanish ID card No other mobile company or internet gas electric bank etc requires this You have lost a customer I have to say that their support on Facebook is excellent but the FB guys have no influence over the registration robots

Horrific service and process
Awful service awful registration process and absolute time wasters Stay away at all cost especially if you are new to the country it will be your biggest nightmare
