Contacted customer service some months ago I still haven t heard back from them

Bought the Megan sheep jumper

Bought the Megan sheep jumper absolutely beautiful After a few wears it bobbled alot It s a natural product so its to be expected Washed it on a ha d wash setting on my machine with no heat shrunk and felted the wool to a toddler size Devastated as these jumpers are not cheap Company will not do anything to help even though I followed the aftercare and washing guidelines Very disappointed in the lack of customer service given I would avoid buying any natural products from them as you are gambling with what your going to be left with 145 plus shipping for the average cost per wear down to around three wears it s poor

Incomplete order and No Customer Service

I ordered 3 pairs of expensive walking boot socks Only two pairs arrived I contacted the company on 8 January 2005 As at 2 February 2005 have received no reply at all

I purchased from Peregrine for the first time as I have become keen on buying british made where I can I have to say that I m super happy with the quality and price of the 3 items I bought Not only are they really stylish but the quality is also fantastic Id really recommend this company for British made and British style

This is the third time I have bought items from Peregrine having a Burnham Jacket and a pure wool sweater I ordered a Hixton Overshirt which is a lightweight unlined British Millerain garment Tremendous quality well produced yet again made in the UK so fewer miles in sending the item to me and from material which will eventually compost not like fleece material Wholly recommend Will be buying again

I m a new customer to Peregrine and it took me a while to decide on their products they are expensive however I am happy to pay for quality and manufacturing processes that use sound yes I will use the phrase ethical supply chains and pay people a living wage to make the goods I have to say that when the goods arrived within two working days my reservations evaporated the knitted polo shirts are fabulous The fit finish and feel are all excellent and exceeded my expectations I will most definitely make further purchases
