Great place great service great perfumes
Before I begin let me state I was NOT paid or influenced in any way for this review I bought products from the store with my own money and this is my personal opinion on the experience I visited the store at the outlet mall in Winnipeg - the service was excellent Heather was very quite helpful and patient with me introducing me to perfumes and scents I had not considered before She was also very professional and knowledgeable describing each scent and mentioning the top middle and base notes Additionally she gave me the time I needed to make up my mind One perfume she suggested and I was unsure of she sprayed it on my arm again and told me if I was not happy with it by the time I got home to return it unopened sealed with the receipt - she would happily exchange it for another one I found more suitable- I did not have to return it as I really enjoyed the scent on my arm as the day progressed into the night After reading the comments most customers seemed upset because they were not allowed to return the perfume they bought - I was quite happy to have the option of returning a product I changed my mind about I think if the exact product bought people buy fake products online keep the original they bought at a reputable dealer and try to return the fake to the store is unopened and returned with a original receipt within a few days of purchase is acceptable I bought 2 bottles earlier in the week and have no regrets and have been back since and got another bottle If I could offer a recommendation though it would be to be able to buy smaller sample sizes as spraying it on in the store once is not enough in my opinion to have a good idea if how a fragrance performs on individual body chemistry over time - I would rather spend a small amount and have a sample size I can apply over a short period of time before I make up my mind to spend money on a good quality perfume especially from a little known or unknown brand I will definitely visit them again if and when next I need perfumes for myself or as a gift

BEWARE FAKE PRODUCTS
I went to the Oshawa ON location on September 16th I didn t even really have intentions of buying a perfume that day but I saw the store and I went inside because I thought I should just buy one while I m out shopping Ended up buying Claude Marsal Le Melodie and a CK all And guess what ITS FAKE I EVEN CHECKED IT WITH PEOPLE AT DIFFERENT PERFUME STORES THE ONE THAT I TRIED AT THE STORE STILL HAD THE FRAGRANCE ON MY COLLAR TILL NEXT DAY AND THE ONE THAT I BOUGHT WONT EVEN LAST LONGER THAN COUPLE HOURS I LIVE IN TORONTO AND DON T WANT TO SPEND MY TIME GOING BACK TO OSHAWA FOR PEOPLE WHO WONT EVEN ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE My friend who actually suggest the Claude Marsal confirmed the same by just using it for once and opening and closing the top of the bottle mind you he s a Fragrance freak and has 100s of perfumes I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE COMPANY AND WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS WELL
