Really trouble free transaction and delivered on schedule by a really friendly and helpful team The frame is a quality product and went together easily enough with some careful interpretation of the supplied manual and test fitting before final assembly A larger manual size and clearer exploded diagrams would have been kinder on old eyes There were quite a number of large and heavy boxes some over four meters long so prepare a clear workspace before hand It took approximately five hours for three of us to complete

Starting the second Spring with our Pergolux pergola and after two winters it s still looking as good as the day we constructed it Having the slatted roof that opens gives great flexibility for ventilation as well as managing heat control Will be getting a side curtain this summer to help with shade control and keep the autumn rain off the furniture Has been admired by friends and would be a must-buy again if we move house

Excellent Company

Although we experienced problems with the delivery company we found Pergolux excellent in their pre and post sales service Cerian was friendly incredibly helpful and knowledgable Got to admit we would not have like to erect the pergola ourselves but the company recommended M Heaven were also excellent and we are very happy and proud of our pergola Everyone who calls is extremely complimentary and jealous
