After having an issue with a voucher
After having an issue with a voucher not loading after being purchased I was advised that I was unable to receive a refund due to the supplier rejecting the request After explaining my circumstances getting married in 2 months and frustration to Amber as a goodwill gesture she very kindly ensured that a refund was processed We use Perkbox all the time and are very happy with our experience Thanks again Amber Customer happiness team

I had issues logging onto perkbox so i used the chat function Received a Prompt reply from customer service Jake who asked me 3 questions which i answered Shortly i received a link in my email inbox and voila I could reset password and got back into using all the Perkbox functions Well done
