POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Lovely flowers but I order two and was e-mailed by Permabloom to say that they only had one of the item I had ordered I asked could I just have the one that they had So far so good E-mail in response was the invoice for two One item arrived with a delivery note for two and I was charged for two I have e-mailed to find out if I am to expect another to follow or receive a refund repeatedly but have not received any response The item was not expensive but I would have liked a response to my e-mails
