Completely agree with the other reviews on this site and wish I read them before ordering Their sizing guide is completely off and you will have to arrange for a courier to collect the item and pay 50 to have it sent back to the Netherlands all at your own cost and risk I will never ever order from this company again and I highly advise to avoid

Product feels like plastic not real leather

Bad bad bad bad I bought two harnesses with the leash The leather is of good quality but the hardware is very bad When the products arrived the tag with the printed letters was poorly made and blurry I had to pay for return shipping due to their mistake Of the two harnesses one was on sale and they ruined the tag because the print they made with the letter M was poorly done They did not acknowledge it and now I had to pay the full price to get replacements and an additional fee because the price of the harness went up at the store The other harness which I only needed to exchange for a different size and was not bought on sale they also made me pay the extra charge due to the price increase at the store I feel very scammed by this store It s been more than a month since I received the leash but I still don t have the harnesses

Much to expensive but more worse they worked with Nancy Suuthoff She was from amsterdam pomeranions just google her She was not breeding but having a business in selling much to young and often sick Pomeranians with fake dog pasport from Russia and other countries Asking 2500 -3500 euros Poor doggies and poor owners with much sadness
