Dying customer wants to return- no can do apparantly
We purchased a personal alarm for our 92 year old mother on the 11th October She was diagnosed terminal on the 14th The alarm arrived 16th We were obviously quite distracted so didn t open the package until a few days later Didn t open anything within just looked for info to return it They have just told us they don t refund except for defective The goods are untouched and resaleable It s really not acceptable and so ACL will be contacted as the client didn t just change her mind she is dying and has no use for it and the item is new unpackaged and can be resold Seems like this might be an unusual case but should have been looked slightly more compassionately

Do NOT deal with this company
In January2025 I purchased a alarm watch that--by MID FEBRUARY the watch was found to be faulty I did not wear the watch at any time until then when it was returned for assessment 3 3 25 I was sent another watch NO EXPLANATION about this watch NO COMMUNICATION from this company 5 3 25 I asked for a refund Several e-mails have been exchanged since 5 3 25 to the 28 3 25 On 27 3 25 I posted a negative review on another site 28 3 25 I got a e-mail asking me to take my review down In another TWO e-mails the owner of the company has intimidated me by saying if I remove my review he can expedite my refund 11 4 2025 the issue has still not been resolved
