This almost feels like a scam They sent me the wrong color of an item I asked to return it along with another item that doesnt fit They offered me 24 for the two items I paid 87 50 for Alternatively they would give me 80 to spend in the store I don t want any more of their clothes because the fabric is CHEAP polyester No thank you I ll pass Do not buy from them

I should have known better than to order a dress from a Facebook ad but I did It is simply awful The fabric is polyester of course but not even smooth light polyester It s scratchy and cheap looking

Ordered a dress and it turned up completely different fit wise to the picture The quality was very poor Have asked for a refund and over two weeks later still waiting for a reply I ve chased fl several times and still nothing Don t risk ordering anything from them

I should have read these reviews before ordering So ordered 103 worth of clothes because being a mum of 2 and having no time to shop assumed I could return things that did not suit me I ordered 3 dresses and they were absolute rubbish Cheap fabric and even worse tailoring On the 10 th email to their team and so far the have offered 28 and 46 but to keep the items Told them was absolutely not interested and was willing to pay for the goods to be send back for an at least 80 refund on the 103 I spend No response as of yet They have been so terrible Please do not buy from this site

Everything others said about trying to return items was the same experience for me Offered a partial refund to keep the clothes or pay to send them back and wait for a refund The partial refund never showed up in my account and they don t care Just responded that I should check with my bank I have asked them for proof the refund was sent but don t expect much this is clearly NOT a reputable company No phone only email communication There is a reason for that Do not buy from them I sure won t ever again

Goods still not received tracking responses appalling

Goods still not received When I email them they keep sending me different tracking information - one said goods delivered 2nd says in country and 3rd says in transit I won t be purchasing from this site again - hopeless

This company is from China and they are not reputable I emailed to request a return refund for the items but after a slow response they offered me a partial refund and wanted me to keep the things When I initially refused they increased the amount they would refund to 50 I agreed to do it thinking this was the best I would get but they never issued any amount

Do not order from this company if there is any chance you might have to do a return Borderline fraud Received 3 or 4 emails making me various offers to keep me from returning when I clearly explained the items did not fit and I could not wear them When they finally gave me an address to which I could return I had to provide tracking information within 7 days of sending return Then I received a message stating I would get my return within 3 - 25 days On the 26th day I emailed them again and finally received my refund Sheesh
