I am trying to get a refund which I am entitled to underthe terms and conditions and like the previouscustomer its a nightmare a warning to othersdo not buy from this company they are trying to scam you into keeping the clothes and giving you a part refund

I am in the process of trying to get a refund for a dress I just purchased They are trying to negotiate my refund Absolutely ridiculous I will never purchase from them again Lesson learned I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to buying Never experience such shady it

Extremely bad service and false advertising

I agree with past reviews if I could give no stars I would I purchased a dress which was advertised as Cotton When I received it the lining was a nylon polyester I contacted the company and was told it was advertised as this I sent the website photo and information and it doesn t mention that the lining is not Cotton False Advertising I had many long emails going back and forth asking continually to speak to the manager supervisor I wanted to send it back and get a full refund However they don t have a return depot in Australia only in the USA apparently The cost of returning this would be almost the same as the purchase price They offered me a small refund and when I declined it went up Not the amount I paid I m still out of pocket It was 12 days before a small refund arrived I would never deal with this company again They must add a lot of clothes to landfill not sustainable or environmentally friendly I m giving this dress to charity and hoping someone will get some wear out of it

I ordered a blouse and a dress I wanted to treat myself for my birthday The blouse was not the size I ordered The dress was so ugly and poor quality I was so disappointed Do NOT order from this company I gave the blouse away and threw the dress in the garbage They offered me a partial refund with a gift card I m praying this company will be shut down Nothing but a scam

If I could give them no stars I would Horrendous scamming company who will not refund and not take returns Coincidence perhaps but after I ordered a dress from them ALL of their advertising posts that popped up on my Facebook news feed suddenly disappear This lot of lowlifes know what they are up too Thankfully I m a real believer in Karma

Still no refund a month after returning clothes

The clothes are represented incorrectly and are actually all cheap Chinese made clothes The sizing is completely off and returning the clothes has been a nightmare First they tried to negotiate with me by offering a portion of the price back if I just keep the clothes After I told them no 3 times they finally let me send them back but over a month after they received those items I still have no refund

Froze the payment with credit card immediately

This is the reason why we should use credit card for purchases like this I am in US and scammed by Petallush I reported to the credit card company and they immediately froze the payments to Petallush while waiting for them to provide a return address That is the power of using a credit card I am not going to entertain the emailing back and forth Take control Freeze the fund

Wanted to return purchase s due to not fitting and no one responding I originally said that they did not fit and then they wanted more information then they wanted more details on why they didn t fit They continue to play a game for the past 2 weeks and I have emailed them 5 times and still no response Next it will be too late to return the stuff Never again You have to email them to get a return label that you have to pay for It s horrible service

Beware - No Returns No Refund

Ordered a dress which didn t suit me Emailed the company for Return address Was offered 30 voucher to keep the dress I emailed numerous times after this to request Return address for full refund 49 95 All emails ignored Very disappointing frustrating

Do not buy anything from this company They try to scam you No confirmation emails They will not let you return anything and they are super shady They will barter with you back and forth instead of authorizing to let you return your items And then they will not refund your money Get this company GONE They just suck
