From the initial phone call through to completion of the job communication from the team was excellent Dan Harper who did the initial survey for the work was extremely helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with Alan and Sam who installed the wall restraints did a great job and everything was left clean and tidy We wouldn t hesitate to use them again

Damp survey and works

We contacted Peter Cox to carry out a damp survey of our house and to complete related works Staff were friendly and helpful and survey was carried out in good time Graeme Yule completed the works on two areas in our house - he arrived promptly was friendly and tided up after Unfortunately after rain there was evidence that water was still getting in Someone was sent round to assess the issue and Graeme came back to apply some sealant outside the area From what we can tell this is working so far

I have had the pleasure of working with Matthew Airey from Peter Cox with regards to a survey we organised on behalf of a landlord who s property maintenance we manage I met Matthew at the property on two separate occasions and Matthew is very friendly knowledgeable and has been more than accommodating to the landlords requests for further information Would recommend the survey was completed in a timely manor and the report was detailed and outlined any issues found with solutions in the form of quotes for works required The communication from initial booking through to the day of the survey has been clear and consistent

Very impressed with John who came to do our wood worm treatment arrived on time and was very accommodating as we hit a slight delay on our part He did a thorough job efficiently and he was good with communicating his plan of action Thanks also to David who did a thorough survey and report and gave good advice on treatment Couldn t ask for better service thanks
