Service is absolutely shi t

Service is absolutely shi t and not very helpful when we ordered Long waiting time and the drink was not tastefully

Long wait tasteless food

We waited almost 2 hours for the food Not worth waiting for The food was tasteless and the beef was not homemade the bacon was raw We ordered another drink and got it when we were done eating The staff was so busy that it was hopeless to get in touch with them

Food Poisoning

I ordered the Erntedank -salad and could not stop throwing up throughout the night I had come down with severe food poisoning for the first time in my life Will never eat there again

My Family and I s Lunch was Ruined by an Egotistic Waiter

My family and I had a terrible experience at Peter Pane Hackesher Market due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of a woman who identified herself as the manager Despite our attempts to use a voucher that we had previously confirmed with a staff member at the entrance she insisted that we should have informed her when placing our order When we explained that we had already inquired at the entrance and received confirmation she raised her voice and demanded that we leave the premises or she would call the police Despite the unpleasant encounter we settled our bill and departed The entire ordeal was incredibly disappointing and I will not be returning to this establishment or recommending it to others Additionally the manager s unwarranted invasion of my privacy by looking at my phone and threatening to delete a negative review was extremely disturbing This experience was nothing short of horrific

Awful experience in L beck

Awful experience in L beck at Breite Str -First the waiter sat us closest to the door so we felt cold We asked for another place to sit and then they chose to sit us closest to the toilets We were not too pleased with this either since 70 of the tables were free So I asked if we could get a better table again The waiter was extremely rude and just said no and left us to ourselves Extremely bad service and mentality on the waiters behalf You should not be working in the service industry if you are not able to provide a nice and respectful service to your customers We ended up paying and leaving without eating our food I hope this restaurant will think more about hiring people that are less arrogant and has a higher level of service in mind Will never visit this place again due to the awful service and rudeness of the waiters at work

If I could give 0 star

If I could give 0 star I would even though the place is nice the hamburgers are not that good the service very long and this restaurant provides some prices on its menu with hidden costs in the end very costly In addition I ordered a hamburger without the fries and drink included in the menu they did not serve the fries and the drink but counted a full menu on the bill I can understand this restaurant serves only menus but in that case they should clearly inform the customer of that and then should definitely serve the whole menu They should not make you pay what they did not served It is easy earned money in the end I paid double than the price of a menu more than 20 for one hamburger and a small bottle of water I definitely advise against

Peter Pane Flensburg Terrible service we had to order drinks 3 times before they got our order right They forgot to bring us our fries We waitet 1 5 hours before we got our tasteless and cold burgers still had to pay full price offcourse never comming back and can t recommend them to others
