I first checked PetPlanet website while searching for cat litter not only did they have a wide range of litter it is cheaper After choosing some eco friendly litter I bought Christmas gifts for my cats The website is very easy to use competitive prices and delivery is very fast i will definitely be returning to PetPlanet for more purchases

I ordered some dog food at a great price Unfortunately the package was damage in transit by the courier and several tins were dented Petplanet were great and gave me a voucher as compensation

Excellent service from this company They are very helpful as was shown when a courier delivering goods had the wrong postcode They immediately cancelled the order and asked the courier to take it back to their warehouse and rearranged the delivery for the next day at no extra cost Fantastic They really saved the day as my dog would otherwise have run out of food

Bought these items before dogs absolutely love them l have trouble finding them in shops so when l went to Crufts and found Pet Planet sell them l bought some could carry them as in wheel chair so the company had them sent to me a big thankyou for that now l know a place to order them on line Pet Planet will be my first port of call Highly recommend this supplier for all your pet needs

I ordered Carnilove for my dog standard shipping Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery company I rang Petplanet and spoke to a lovely lady who sent another bag with next day delivery Would reccomend to everyone

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order for dog food which was dispatched to Evri Evri then lost the package claiming there was a delay I contacted Pet Planet customer services who contacted Evri directly When it was clear that the package was going to be many days delayed Pet Planet dispatched a second bag express delivery instructed Evri to return the delayed parcel to them Outstanding customer service with really quick responsive emails
