Arrived super fast Was a bit worried at first as thought the picture print might be blurry but how wrong was i The photo print was very clear just like the photograph My hubby loved it Would definitely recommend this company for your pet gifts

I made an enquiry about the delivery of the mug and was responded to very quickly As promised the mug arrived around the correct time I did panick at first because when I opened the box to check the mug it was completely black Then I realised that hot water made the picture appear My other half loved it Mug is slightly on the small side but definitely not an issue
