We recently had to submit a complicated claim for our dog 4 different vet practices were involved We wanted to speak to Pet Protect to explain the circumstances and then again when we had a follow up query We were easily able to speak to helpful and professional people The customer service we experienced was excellent

I used online chat today to update my payments as my Direct Debit had failed The agent sorted it out straight away and changed my account so it would be updated automatically Quick efficient and really pleasant

If only car insurance companies were this good

Just spoke with Michelle not sure if thats their real name online to get some information about our pets insurance policy They were really helpful and provided all the information I needed If only Car insurance companies were as helpful

Cannot thank Pet Protect enough

Cannot thank Pet Protect enough Outstanding service Both of our dogs were seriously seriously ill within 6 weeks of each other and with different conditions It has been a huge emotional rollercoaster but sorting out the insurance was very straightforward thankfully We paid both vet invoices immediately and then claimed the money back from Pet Protect They paid up everything we were hoping for and correspondence was very straightforward I ve used them for about 15 years now for various dogs and will always continue to use them Highly recommend and have told all my friends and neighbours They made an emotionally and physically exhausting time so much easier

I haven t had any issues with Pet Protect They have been my insurance provider for 10 years Luckily I haven t had to process many claims until most recently They have great communication quick process and easy to get hold off The team seam very friendly and super helpful Thank you

Very easy to set this pet insurance out online also they have 75 excess which is way lower than all the others I know our kitten will be looked after if she is ever taken ill
