Great experience moving our two dogs from USA to UK Elaine communicated well throughout the process and reassured us at every stage The people who dropped off the dogs to our new house in the UK were lovely and so good with our dogs Would definitely recommend

We relocated our LARGE dog from France to Hawaii with Elaines help It s the second time we ve flown her and both times were stressful because the process just is but with her help we navigated the needed paperwork found solutions to our transportation difficulties and made a successful move Grateful for her guidance and patience with all of our needs and questions

Elaine was wonderful in helping me with the transport of my pup from Canada to Costa Rica She helped me in every step from beginning to end answered all of my questions even when I was a nervous annoying wreck She was so lovely and patient with me and made it so easy and reassuring that he would be okay on the transport down here And he was We are now enjoying Costa Rica along with our pup couldn t be happier with their service

I was worried about this move with city dogs who never even rode in a car but Elaine was friendly and walked me through everything patiently answering all my questions I followed her instructions and was able to crate train my dogs on time much to my surprise Martin was also fantastic going through the long trip with them and sending great photos even giving my dogs a shower when they made a mess of themselves on the way I was concerned about the payment up front but they are conscientious professionals PRI took a huge weight off my shoulders so I could focus on my move - they are worth it

Excellent experience

First off I highly recommend Elaine and Pet Relocation International for moving your pets Elaine moved her own pets and her knowledge and experience will help you move yours I attended her webinar on relocating pets and learned the basics As my moving date neared and I didn t have a plan to move my dogs that I was happy with I contacted Elaine She answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns After the call I was comfortable with working with Elaine to move my dogs Elaine provided information and advice on crate training and getting my dogs ready to fly And over numerous calls and emails she listened to my concerns over my anxious dog and together we came up with a plan to help my dogs make their journey She made arrangements with those who would interact with my dogs from pick up in the USA to their arrival and drop off in Spain to ensure they know their situation and they took steps to make it easier on my dogs and ultimately those who interact with them The transport companies she works with were professional and knowledgeable a pleasure to meet and I was comfortable with them interacting with my dogs Ultimately a very positive experience and the ultimate reward was welcoming my happy and healthy dogs in Spain

I could not recommend this company any more I wish I could give them 10 5 stars because they made such a difficult stressful process so much more simple and easy for me and my dog Elaine Martin gave me an entire breakdown of the cost went above and beyond to assure my dog was comfortable and ready for travel and communicated everything Elaine is so educated in this space and knows exactly what she is talking about which made me trust her even more I looked into other companies before I found them and the other companies weren t as helpful or upfront about process cost but everything PRI quoted was exactly what I was charged If you are investing your money into this process go with them - you will not regret it trust me They are also just amazing people and a pleasure to work with and truly love dogs so they want the best for them no matter what

Moved with my dog to Portugal

I just had my Korean Jindo dog moved from Chicago to Porto Portugal and Deana was amazing She was VERY detailed and organized getting all information necessary and with plenty of time to spare She handled my many phone calls and emails promptly helping me understand the entire process completely During the trip I received emails and pics of my dog which was really appreciated It all went very smoothly and it was a huge relief My dog is completely fine and assimilating into Portuguese life VERY nicely And they were very fairly priced There was an instant comfort level when first meeting Deana on the phone This is one of the best decisions I ve ever made--and I d do it again with Deana in a heartbeat

California to Glasgow

We moved from California to Glasgow and an important part of our todo list was finding a way to transport our rather large cat Originally I was working the process myself and trying to take the cat in cabin to Europe and then ferry into the UK I became pretty educated on the process but after a while I came to my senses given the rest of the work we needed to do I decided to look into pet transportation support and interviewed several companies Elaine actually commented on some of my posts on Facebook in a do it yourself group and I found her knowledgable She gave me free advice on a call and never pushed me to work with her and this to me demonstrated that this is not just a job for Elaine but something she cares deeply about So I selected her for the relocation All during the process I found her easy to work with knowledgable organized and committed She will probably remember working this project because it was quite a difficult one with a couple of crises The first was produced by my vet Grand Lake Vet in Oakland who did a terrible and uncaring job on the USDA paperwork that nearly unwound all our careful scheduling Elaine had to dive in and only managed to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat because of her working relationship with the Sacramento USDA The second issue was BA canceling the flight for the cat just as he was being picked up by Elaine s local agent Luckily she was able to get the cat on the next flight with only a short delay Other than those the whole process went without a hitch and most important the cat arrived in Glasgow pissed off but otherwise just fine Anyway to say this process was stress free would not be accurate But I would say that without Elaine s help it would have been 10 times worse and may not have happened correctly Do yourself a favor and select her for the important task of getting your pet abroad and save yourself some stress it s worth it

The right choice

Elaine did an incredible job She helped us to get our pets from Costarica back to EU We had to face a lot of problems but she solved all of them I really appreciate her efforts Once again many thanks
