A star is even too much I wish I had read the reviews before I only looked up their homepage and the reviews were rated fine My order was on 1st September 2022 and until now I didn t get my stuff yet I tried to contact them and luckily they do respond just slow saying that there is a delay - they kept saying that in every email Then I asked them what the problem is - the answer was that they were dependent on carriers We are getting our cat in a few days and nothing has arrived yet And no answer or confirmation of shipping

MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE DONT BUY FROM HERE

The delivery time they put on the website isn t the right time After 2 whole weeks I still hadn t got a track trace email which means they hadn t sent my order I called them a couple of times on different days but their phone number doesn t work Also the customer service by email is very rude gets in discussions with you and doesn t own up to their mistake that the delivery time is delayed and doesn t answer any of your questions Also doesn t come up with a solution I strongly recommend you to NOT buy from here They ll leave you with a lot of headache and no products Also haven t seen my money back yet

It s a pity that I didn t read the reviews in advance The delivery time on the website is stated as a couple of days but in reality it took about 3 weeks Moreover when I contacted the post office they provided delivery deadlines that they ultimately failed to meet A few days later I requested to cancel the order but they refused even though the order had not yet been shipped at that time This is very poor service It s unclear why I should have to pay for the return of goods that they cannot deliver on time

Don t order from them

I should have read the reviews I waited a month for my order before emailing them I was told one of the items I ordered was out of stock which was not specified on the website and it would arrive the next week We re now another month later two months since I placed my order and still nothing This is very disappointing Don t trust them

Didn t receive order can t get in touch

Haven t received my order yet no confirmation or anything through email But the money has been paid Can t reach them by email phone or on their socials I should have looked on their instagram it says enough that you can t leave a comment there Definetly a scam

Scam company

Scam company I placed an order for some small items on 6 10 24 with a 4-6 day delivery time frame I still hadn t received them by 16 10 24 so I contacted the company and was told one of the items was out of stock but I had not received any notification of this and they weren t all in stock when I placed my order Debby replied the following day saying they expect to ship my order early the next week It s now 10 11 24 and I haven t received a single product from my order I requested a refund on 2 11 24 and received no response so I emailed them again on 6 11 24 and was told they were in contact with PayPal 10 11 24 still no refund and when I stated I d go to PayPal myself and it s been 8 days and no confirmation that the refund is being processed I was told If you submit a claim with PayPal yourself there s nothing more I can do for you and the refund process through PayPal could take a while As I mentioned earlier we are handling your credit with PayPal Definitely feels like a scam company poor customer service
