On Black Friday I was on Petsmart com trying to buy items using Black Friday discounts Fairly soon I was denied access to the site and couldn t continue till I called customer service The young lady that spoke to me and helped me solve my issues was so wonderful She was patient and friendly and very knowledgeable about what might have caused the snafu She walked me through the process and we successfully got back on site Kudos to this rep and many thanks for a good experience I didn t get her name but she ll know me

I want to give a big THANk YOU to Anna Parra groomer and salon leader at 10625 n Oracle store She did an amazing job on my Pomeranian who was matted and should have been shaved down She listened to my concerns and was willing to do the extra work to de matt him all while treating him very gentle He is happy and beautiful thanks to Anna Thank you Anna Jeannette and Cobra

"5 Stars for LaShondra in Customer Service "
Our pet ran out of Rx food twice because their staff did not look at the prescription on file and authorize the auto shipment After several calls I reached LaShondra in customer service - thank God for her - she helped me Thank you thank you thank you LaShondra for caring It really meant a great deal to me to reach someone who would fix the issue

"Extra loving care from Petsmart groomer"
I had a recent experience with madyson at a Petsmart in Green Bay Wisconsin on the East side She was grooming my cat and noticed she had a distended belly Unfortunately I had not noticed this due to her long hair She called me immediately and recommended I call my vet The vet did see her later in the day and found a large tumor that was cancerous I had to put my baby to sleep but I saved her from needless suffering Madyson called me several times that day to check on what the vet said and was an absolute Angel offering her condolences The extra attention she took with my baby cookie was absolutely wonderful and my gratitude toward her is immeasurable Please consider their her services I can t say enough how much I appreciated the love and concern they showed to me and my fur baby Sue

We are new puppy owners and we want the best for our new 10 week old puppies Kate was busy but took the time out for helping our every needs she helped explain what items to buy for our puppies with food the most important she made everything okay and it wasn t as stressful as we worried about what to buy Thank you Kate you were wonderful

"Fantastic pet grooming"
We had to find a new groomer for our 3 year old Shih Tzu Pet smart for us in within a couple of days Our dog Lollipop looks fantastic they did a great job and were very kind to us as well as our dog Shampoo haircut nails trimmed and teeth brushed I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we are definitely returning there on a monthly basis
