"I will never take my dog back to "

I will never take my dog back to petsmart 1 it take me almost 5 hours t grooming my dog the groomer was very rude her name is Emily she stormed away the manger was sitting right at the computer and didn t nothing which is Denise They over charged me when I schedule the appointment it told me it would be 53 dollars but it was 68 I tried to get the girl to example to me why the charge was different then the price when you book she go up set it shouldn t take from 1130 til 5 to groom my dog that was unacceptable my dog will never go back to Petsmart

"Always check the inside the dumpster behind petsmart "

My friend called me and sent me a video of the inside of the Petsmart dumpster and inside there were all different kinds of animals that had been literally thrown away It makes me so sad that people would do something like that Everyone please always check the dumpster behind Petsmart for unwanted pets

"Rotten Petsmart"

Customer service reps are rude and don t speak clearly They are something else - low class working for a low class company They argue constantly I ordered oerthe phone because the website was horrible and was sent the wrong item They told me to carry it back in I told them to pick it up They are rude nasty and inept Is this what I get dealing with a rotten company They didn t help me

"I got a job to work for them"

I got a job to work for them wow I was happy because of that and now look what happened to me but they only give me one day to work a week what to pay what to eat and how to live with one day which they made me work once a week that s a big shame what do they think that I m an idiot crazy or that I don t have a brain I worked like that for 14 days and I didn t even come anymore yes even the fat manager started that he yells at me as if I were his son people I tell you are bad where I used to work and rude so good luck to everyone who s willing work for them

The worst service I ve ever had I have kept an aquarium for over 20 years with different types of fish I came to the Petsmart store to buy some fish The seller said that she does not recommend that I keep certain types of fish together Then I tried to buy only one type of fish I was refused They simply refused to sell me any fish I was shocked and got a lot of stress

It s just waste of time if you order from petsmart pharmacy ordered on Dec 2 I called my vet to respond to the request received message on dec8 order approved after that no news from them Called customer service they have no clue what they are saying Nor any information about my order it s medications I order which my pet needs not treats and they have such a careless attitude will never order from petsmart pharmacy anymore I am a regular customer of petsmart

"Buffalo NY Loves animals more then their employees "

In regards to Buffalo NY Elmwood Ave The upper management of this store is very dismissive of their own policies Such as giving raises in a timely manner not paying newly hired cashiers more then employees employed for over a year at this store highly critical of employees need to have to take personal days due to family crisis Rather be of any assistance they punish the employee by taking away work hours or they are made to feel guilty Be Aware of what kind of job you are getting yourself into here

"Too Many Communication Delays"

I ordered prescription dog food online on Saturday 12 1 and there wasn t any update on the order until Friday 12 8 when I heard from PetSmart that they were trying to get authorization from my vet I immediately called my vet who didn t seem to see any authorization pending and got a prescription which I emailed to PetSmart but I never received a response and there was no movement on the order On 12 13 I called PetSmart customer service to see why the order was delayed and was finally told that the order got stuck because the item was out of stock They were helpful in canceling my order but I ve now wasted 12 days waiting for this order And in the meantime I ve been feeding my dog food that is actively making her condition worse because I wasn t able to get this item timely and there was no proactive communication on it I was able to find this item on Chewy and within 30 minutes they confirmed the prescription and it shipped within 3 hours of me placing the order For next day delivery Next time I will order from Chewy first - their speed is unmatched and had I done that in this situation I would have been feeding my dog her new prescription food for over a week already
