We sold a property through Petty Son and Prestwich recently and we found the service to be absolutely first class From the professional way that they marketed it with a great video The open day they organised for us with updates on viewings and the helpful feedback which enabled us to connect with the perfect buyer for the house They were also able to offer insights for us on local services for us to use such as a really good solicitor As we are busy people this made the process stress free and we felt that they offered real value for money A big thank you to Elaine Janine and all of their team

I sold my flat through Petty Son Prestwich last summer and couldn t be happier with their work From start to finish every member of the team was professional and more than willing to help They guided me through my first property sale securing a good number of viewings which resulted in multiple offers and a quick sale at a very good price They kept working hard after the buyer was found and made sure everything stayed on track through to completion They were excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the local area

Very happy with this company we have bought our first house with their help Very straight forward helpful kept communication open throughout the whole process and as we were in a chain for a long time they were getting back to us as fast as they could when we needed to raise an enquiry At the end on the handover day Alain has driven to our place to give as a key and a bottle of Prosecco along with a card which we thought was sweet of them

We were very happy indeed with PSP during the valuation it was obvious that the agent had in-depth and fine-grained local knowledge of the market in our area PSP then quickly produced very high quality marketing materials brochures and online and quickly arranged a large number of viewings We sold the house for a price we were very happy with in about 3 weeks PSP provided excellent advice and assistance throughout I recommended them very highly

Like many I was tempted to save costs and go with a Internet based agent I am so glad I didn t Petty s local knowledge and relationships with local tradesmen solicitors conveyancers is what sets them apart My sale got complicated with share of freehold but these guys made the sale happen High recommended
