WOW Dreadful Customer Service and Bad Attitude
WOW Horrible experience today at the Thornhill branch not my usual vet I had a Cat Protection neutering voucher so I had to go to this particular vet I took my girl in and first of all the vet said she was a little sparse on her lower tummy always is and suggested she had fleas No chance Then criticised her eyes and ears she always has sleepy dust and her ears were totally clean The said she had tartar on her teeth and I need to brush them every day fair comment but never as easy as it sounds I mentioned she has a raw diet and bones help keep her teeth clean and her face turned to thunder She asked how she got her vitamins and minerals I replied she is fed a balanced 80 10 10 raw diet she then asked about cross contamination and do I wear gloves I replied I used human grade food so I use the same hygiene practice I use for my own food making sure not to cross contaminate and to wash my hands after handling She then sternly stated we are 100 AGAINST raw feeding I replied I am 100 FOR raw feeding and we will have to agree to differ As a pedigree cat breeder of 20 years experience I made it my business to thoroughly research raw feeding before I started and all of my cats have thrived on it They then quoted me 120 ON TOP of the CP voucher worth 60 for a midline spay I walked out I contacted my usual vet who quoted me 60 for a midline spay AND they would accept the voucher as payment What a way to treat ANY client let alone a new one Bad attitude makes for a bad vet

Appointment Issue
Shocking experience Puppy had to come back to vets for second jab after breeder gave the first Explained our situation to receptionist Travel for 1 and half hours to attend Arrived at booked appointment to be told the vaccine couldn t be given as one day too early We had given DOB and 1st vaccine date when booking appointment completely their error Vet was so rude Would not recommend

Lincoln Took my puppy to pet vet Lincoln in
Took my puppy to pet vet Lincoln in March as he had a minor scratch on eye Vets treated him and then kept saying we need follow ups four more times We were told these will be at no extra cost September I suddenly get three threatening letters demanding money Have rang a few times and emailed but they will not sort this They seam to be scamming people To get more money

Great vets until you have to make an insurance claim
Great vets Absolutely awful support staff Twice the claims we ve submitted to our insurance company have been changed leaving us out of pocket one was for over 1000 for months while we had to chase up the errors We will be moving and it s a shame as the vets are very very good with our dogs but I can t handle the stress of having to chase up getting money back that I ve paid out because someone seems to think changing forms that have been completed is ok

Insurance issues
The branch The Pet Vet Lincoln I go to is great but your insurance department are not great at processing onward claims My insurance company asked for further information on 28th January and today that information STILL hasn t been forthcoming I have spoken to the Rotherham claims department again so hopefully they will sort this out I have never had issues with her previous practice Vets4Pets why can t you get it right I am very tempted to move her to someone else if I can t do direct claims in the future You will probably do it properly when it is your money you are chasing from the insurance Update - I moved her yet another claim is being delayed

The pet vet Dalton Rotherham had lots
The pet vet Dalton Rotherham had lots of problems with this lot stay clear unless u want to re morgage your house Very unprofessional Linda the vet who was busy on her phone for 15 minutes before seeing me with a poorly puppy Wanted to charge me 700 for x rays and said over a thousand for surgery as the puppy was only 4 weeks its obvious I have no insurance and having the same issues before with a previous puppy the best thing to do is euthanasia which I asked for as I said I can not afford the money for a puppy who s survival is minimal Linda said I shouldn t be breeding puppies if I can not afford it Which is when I lost the plot Its all about money the pet vet no wonder they can drive luxury cars and have big fat diamond rings on their fingers I have literally spent thousands in this place but I m done now and will never recommend this place to anyone

mis diagnosed illness
Took my ill dog there on a saturday morning and got a diagnosis which was incorrect By Saturday night she became more ill and had to go to the out of hours emergency out of hours vet who diagnosed Pancreities I was charge just short of 2000 and my beloved dog had to stay overnight on Sunday morning had to be put to sleep Only 7 years old and i wonder if she was diagnosed early she could have been saved I don t know for sure but makes you think

Complained about service received I then receive a letter which has resolved nothing Simply suggests that I m wrong and their right Like I said on the phonecall leave me alone as I will never come back nor recommend you

NEVER ON TIME Rotherham
waiting for a visit is standard here never been on time but recently I had to wait over 30 minutes AVOID if you value your time
