About half of the plants are dried dead on arrival and no label of different kind of the plants

I ordered my plants on August 27 and supposed to be delivered on September 8 They were sent on September 5 without tracking So I waited and got an email from the transport company to call them regarding a delivery I did and they said that they can t drive a big truck into my street which is a lie because I have had bigger truck driven in there During that time we have prepared the soil for the planting and now the weed are growing again Also why is this my problem I paid 55 EUR to ship the stuff to my place and why should I have to spend my time to arrange with a transportation company They couldn t give me an answer and they said they will get back to me but I haven t heard from them either I contacted the customer service via chat and they told me to wait I did it multiple times and they said I should only contact them on Friday September 16 The plants are living products and they can t be left in a warehouse for more than a few days If it s a book or something I don t have any issue in waiting but this is not the same Also there s no guarantee that I can see signs of them being ill due to lack of care Pflanzmich customer service expects me to accept whatever is there and cancelling the order is not possible This is unacceptable and it s absolutely unprofessional in handling things like this There are other shops that offer proper and prompt delivery and good customer service Update The plants are now in my carport and roughly half of the plants were dead due to thirst and some of them are in bad shape I also ordered a few variants of potentilla and they don t even label each variation they don t even group them into groups and I have no idea what I m planting Very unprofessional

Undelivered shipment never refunded

It has now been 7 weeks since my order of six plants I only ever received half of the order i e three plants The other three plants have never arrived and have apparently been sitting in a box somewhere The plants are surely dead after such a long time I am still waiting for the refund for the missing part of the order Very poor choice of shipper DPD Very poor communication overall Very unprofessional in my experience

Absolut cheating

Absolut cheating do not trust this site I ordered wisteria of size 60-100 cm should be with flowers and instead I got an unknown plant 3 times smaller in a horrible state with leaves eaten by bugs no flowers almost dead and no response on my complaints in German and English which I sent over their website kontaktformular 3 times chat 1 time email 3 times and feedback on the website and asked to cancel the order I no longer need this plant after the flowering season Instead of the response on my emails i received a reminder vis email and by post few times to pay the bill No way Just cancel the order Never buy anything there the worst ever experience with online shopping

Never buy from this company if you don t want to be disappointed The phone number is not contacted the letter is not answered the trees are dead 1 star is too much

Delivery postponed for 4 MONTH

I ordered a Gunnera Mannicata with delivery projected to be Calendar Week 17 Delivery is now postponed for 4 MONTH to week 33 Which means the plant has no time to grow still and be enjoyed this year if it survives at all Plant is sold out But since they weeks ago told me delivery was week 17 I suspect somebody who ordered later got My plants or the deliberately lied about delivery to get more orders And you cannot even reply to the email unceremoniously informing you about the delay without explanation You have to go to the website and fill out a form Either way do not order here

Replacement blueberry plant was worse than the original and other plants infected with crown gall

Worst experience I have had buying blueberries After receiving diseased looking unhealthy plants I asked to replace one of the varieties that was way too small and barely alive Pflanzmich eventually send a replacement which looked even worse than the original The plant in question was infected with crown gall way too small both in size as well as the pot it came in and half of the branches were black and completely dead After sending them a picture pflanzmich replied that we just had to cut back some of those dead branches 90 of the plant and that it still had some life in it so they couldn t refund it They eventually did refund after showing them a larger picture of the atrocious quality and dead state of their blueberry plants Later I also found out that all the other plants were heavily infected with crown gall They all had the same symptoms I eventually got rid of them as to not infect any other plants Most of the plants send were already in very poor condition when they came and had multiple black dead branches This will be the last time I order anything from Pflanzmich It did not just lose me a lot of time and money but also lead to a few other plants getting infected

Best packaging that I have ever

Best packaging that I have ever experienced Way ahead of the competition However plant quality has been so so I have also repeatedly been sent the wrong variety although service was otherwise accommodating The main reason for the low rating is however the constant Nachlieferungen which comes as a surprise after ordering In 2020 that was OK In 2021 not at all
