Today I had both of my Dyson vacuum cleaners serviced by Jack from PHC and I couldn t be happier with the experience From start to finish everything was smooth and professional Jack s expertise was evident as he quickly diagnosed and resolved all issues with my vacuum cleaners The service was completed right on schedule and I was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing - truly excellent value for the quality of work provided Jack was also very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way which I greatly appreciated Now my vacuum cleaners are working like new and I m confident they ll continue to perform well thanks to the thorough care they received I highly recommend PHC to anyone needing vacuum cleaner repairs or maintenance Their expertise and customer service are top-notch

Efficient and polite service

Andrew was very efficient and explained exactly what was needed and why The vacuum cleaner now works better than it has ever done It was all a bit more expensive than I d hoped but Dysons don t come cheap

Great company to deal with Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional He serviced and cleaned my Dyson and sorted out the problem very quickly

Repair and servicing of my Miele Cat and Dog Hoover

I booked a company called PHC to come and see if they could fix my Miele Cat and Dog C3 hoover which was not picking up anything Tyler attended at set time of the appointment He stripped down the hoover and diagnosed that the motor was no longer working Due to cost of buying a new Miele I agreed to having a new motor fitted and the hoover was also serviced at the same time Am really pleased that I have a now fully working hoover like new and don t have to buy a new one Would highly recommend this company for hoover repairs

Phc vacuum cleaning

Phc were able to book a service to suit me Tom the person who arrived was at least 45 mins early which suited me He quickly and quietly serviced the two dyson vacuum cleaners and had brought the required part that needed replacing

What made this appointment great was 1 they came to your house 2 they send an experience employee to deal with the situation at hand They give you a a full explanation as to what is wrong and the options you have you make the decision and there is no pressure All in all this is a fantastic service very polite staff from the 1st phone conversation till the end I can not fault them and definitely use them again
