Customer service non-existant

I made a purchase on the website based on an advertised offer did not receive the free item and when I spoke to them they advised that it was a mistake and it was an old offer that was no longer valid Ok I said and asked for a refund which they are willing to give but they expect me to pay for return postage left a negative comment on their website which they have now deleted so you cant trust the reviews they post and have to now take it up with Fair Trading
