Yeah don t order from them and another lady is saying the same wasted my time through order yesterday and didn t even say it s a free consultation don t pay anyone for any consultant s even if you have money like what that lady experienced it s below me her review of them should be go to Holland and Barrett that s what a free consultation man said to me for my hair loss go their first please thanks

Really bad experience with Philip
Really bad experience with Philip Kingsley Placed an order for a few items in the black friday sale Almost had a heart attack today when received the order Firstly I never received a thank you for your order confirmation which had I done so I d have had a quick look at and spotted the error but anyway the box receied had 2 of everything in it plus one of the bottle of shampoo the top is broken and looks like just slung in with hardly any packaging around anything and shampoo has spilled and spoiled My main issue is that I did not order 2 of everything who would 2000 Ml of shampoo for example not me I never have done before Something amiss with their online ordering system and I don t care what they say when it can t be their system systems do go wrong and there s has for me So I m now left with double on everything I do not want I m going to have to have the hassle of sorting out a return for it all and the expense they expect me to return it and will only do the refund when they get it back No wonder I love Amazon so much On top of that the things I did want I now won t have so this has ruined my whole black friday annual hair product shopping experience and put me badly out of pocket which I could well do without Then when I called in to their customer services got a very lack lustre response from someone who clearly has no customer service experience or ability to handle a call without further winding up the customer which isn t hard when I have a bill for 194 of product I don t want and now have more hassle to sort out returns at my cost As if I m going to send it on a non recorded label as well so out of pocket will be without products I wanted now missed all the black friday deals should have shopped at amazon or qvc who have the infrastructure to properly deal with orders and to reassuringly handle customer service queries today s customers do not want hassles friction less easy shopping when on line is expected with a top class professional customer services team to help out if any issues

Poor service
Ordered approx 150 products on the 8 1 24 Delivery was meant to be 5 working days and tracking info in 72 hours I had heard nothing for a week and so emailed them on 15 1 24 I had an email on 16 1 24 requesting more information and then 2 emails on 17 1 24 both stating my purchase was with two different delivery couriers and tracking information of which neither worked I had an email suggesting I get the Royal Mail app to track my delivery and that it would be delivered on 17 1 24 On the 18 1 24 I had tracking information from a 3rd delivery company and my purchase arrived late afternoon on the 18 1 24 10 days after purchase and with customer services saying they had dealt with my queries sufficiently as I had been given tracking information The purchase was for my wife s birthday after she had tried the shampoo from a John Lewis advent calendar which is unfortunate The service was very poor throughout and even though my wife said the product is good we won t be buying from them again A premium product should be paired with an acceptable level of service communication and truth in the messages delivered and unfortunately this wasn t my experience

One of the worst distributors in Russia It does not develop a retail network in Russia but refuses to work for customers who have boutiques in their region and want to sell philip kingsley I do not recommend contacting Geocosmed in Russia Their working policy is not aimed at development but at personal enrichment and degradation of brand development in Russia Instead of opening new stores and doing good advertising for the philip kingsley brand distributor geocosmed focused all sales only on its company through its affiliated sites I hope that the management of Philip Kingsley will take note of this review and the distribution policy in Russia will change for the better but so far it is only 1 star

Appalling Customer Service
I ordered some products on the 21 06 and the products were sent by the retailer to a ParcelForce distribution unit that was undergoing work and would not distribute the parcels until the 15 07 despite the retailer giving a 2-3 working day delivery guarantee Philip Kingsley have not stepped in to help nor have they answered any emails or calls Appalling customer service and if I could give zero stars I would

BE AWARE OF SHODDY PRODUCTS AND NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH
I have recently ordered several items from Philip Kingsley However one of the products is impossible to use as the spray is unusable and I believe the containers they use are not fit for purpose However the worst thing is that customers who in good faith spent a lot of money with this company cannot get in touch via email because EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I HAVE TRIED IS NOT DELIVERED perhaps this is because the UK is just some subsidiary and the company feel they can charge for junk to UK customers ORDER NO 1000351468At last they responded and confirmed email address for customer services but I do believe I used the email they confirmed as I used every one I could find however they say they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible so I wait in hope as their products are expensive but meant to work

Buyer beware
Dreadful company run by could-not-care-less people They seem to rely solely on the previous better reputation when Philip was alive now it s just a money grabbing race to the bottom while believing their own hype Placed a large order over 100 for guaranteed next-day delivery Not only was it four days before it was allegedly sent but it wasn t sent next day delivery and has subsequently been lost in transit by Royal Mail Customer service at Philip Kingsley could not have been less helpful suggesting despite their errors that it would take at least another two weeks for them to look into it They do not either seem to understand or care that it is their responsibility not the customers to chase up the couriers they chose to use This is all in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 It s not rocket science Just pathetic Their contact page states that it takes them 48 hours to reply to enquiries What are they doing Most businesses I know would be out of business if it took 48 hours just to have the decency and common courtesy to reply to customers Pretty glacial and shockingly incompetent Philip Kingsley just seem lazy and uncaring towards customers If you want great products and outstanding customer service you should avoid Philip Kingsley Buyer beware

I actually liked the products until I had a bad batch of the vitamin c hair treatment Some of the packets had gone hard prior to opening and had gone black Contacted customer service who wanted to verify I bought the product from them and it wasn t fake I bought it from their website Wanted photos but unfortunately my partner has thrown the affected packets as he thought something was growing in them Couldn t send photos so customer service just closed my query I wasn t even bothered for a refund I just wanted the affected packets replacing I like the products but cannot abide by such shoddy customer service Also makes me a little dubious about how sanitary production is given what I found
