Hypnotherapy for birthing - July What a great experience I came to Phill in the hopes he could help me feel calm during the birth of my first child During my final scan I was told that my baby would be born 10lbs and of course I started to panic and cry I had an hours session with Phill who installed the feelings of calm determination and self belief The following day I went into Labour and was able to give birth feeling calm and in control believing that I could get through the pain This mind set shocked my partner who has seen the state I was in the previous day Following the birth of my son I have felt calm during the long nights of baby crying and I have believe in my capability as a mother This hypnotherapy has given me the best start at being a first time mum All the panic and uncertainty that I had previously had has disappeared and I have been able to enjoy the first few months with my son Thankyou Phill
