Total scam It a German company Scam artists in China They DID send a product but in place of the nice looking iPhone cases I ordered 2 they sent 3 CHEAP plastic things Thank you to PayPal for investigations and returning my money I had about 20 emails from them as I did my best to send the cases back and get my returned They put up EVERY road block possible PayPal was the HERO of this story Very grateful they did not get my credit card info

If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT buy from this company It is a scam I ordered two cases One arrived from China which was incredibly poor quality absolute rubbish The second item didn t even arrive This company has shown no interest in either refunding me for the item which didn t arrive or sending me the item I ordered which even though I no longer want would be better than nothing Please do not use this company The products are awful They are scam artists Very disappointed you live and learn

I ordered the most expensive case n got a cheap ass case I paid 150 n got some bs you can find in the mall for 50 all together what the freak How many reviews does it need to shut down this site

Phone Heaven Zone is not a good company to purchase from I think the border on scamming

The phone case I ordered from Germany was dispatched from China Over 2 weeks later the phone case arrived completely smashed I asked for a refund and sent photographic evidence of the smashed phone case I was asked to return the phone case to China at my own expense Phone Heaven Zone keep coming up with another of their rules trying to grind me down into submission

Terrible experience

Terrible I spend 34 in a rubbish quality product and had to pay 11 to return it to China nothing to do with Germany I have a feeling after being ignore by the company that I have literally wasted 45 I emailed them many times and the only thing I am getting it s a very poor email that doesn t respond to any of my questions

Unbelievable they claim to sell from germany on their homepage and then the items are sent from china they threaten on their paypal terms to maybe not refund if u claim a problem with paypal if there would bi minus stars they ll be getting minus 5 on 2 requests regarding the deliveryterms only the same standard answer of trying tomgetnur phonenumber and so on data

Utter rubbish Product as mentioned by others is cheap Chinese garbage Suggests it comes from Germany but actually trades out of GuangDong in China Refuses to give refund despite sending a product I didn t even order continually makes offers of replacement garbage to make up for it or a discount if I spend even more money with them DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS THERE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP RUBBISH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING
