A terrific help desk

I do not normally write reviews but on this occasion I must break my own rule I moved into a rural setting last week and due to signal problems with my mobile telephone provider I needed to have an alternative telephone My daughters recommended using a Phonely package which I did Yesterday I received the two Phonely telephones and set them up but they would not connect and needed some help Due to hearing loss I had to ask my daughter to call the Phonely help desk She spoke to Laura Thornton and between them they sorted out the problem which was not at my end Laura was the epitome friendliness friendly and efficiency The problem was resolved and now I have a splendid home phone Phonely system I just cannot praise the service we received I would not hesitate to recommend all of the Phonely staff I may add that the quality of sound very important for my reduced hearing is just wonderful Thanks to all the team Phonely Dennis

New VoIP a provider for us

Sarah helped us through what was a minefield moving from analogue to digital telephony Prices seem reasonable with a good unlimited call package and able to port over our existing number

The staff I spoke to were very helpful and answered all my questions expertly This is my second day using my phone and so far so good so easy to install to my modem its a 5star experience for me highly recommend

Best home VoIP provider I ve found so far in my evaluation of such companies even though they are a relative newcomer in this role Product offering as it is at present is excellent if a little limited Pre-sales support good ordering online easy with good delivery No setup required to get started - just plug and go Customer support is in my experience quite exceptional with nothing being too much trouble Looking forward to evaluating new features and facilities as they become available

Very good customer service and advice from Sarah Butler who talked me through the whole changeover process as I went through the online form to sign up Would definitely recommend Phonely as a new VOIP service as I have now in the process of transfering over from my current landline provider

I subscribed to Phonely for my parents They re plagued with spam calls and whatnot We ported their number over to Phonely in just a few days The whole process was very simple quick and easy Phonely sent us an adapter so my parents could keep their landline number and their old phone too they love it and it s much better value than BT s Digital Voice
