Il peggiore di sempre Worst ever
Non ci sono altre parole per descrivere la mia esperienza con questa azienda ho ordinato iphone il 24 gennaio e ho pagato online non ho ricevuto alcuna consegna e dopo 5 chiamate sono stato informato che dovrebbe richiedere almeno altri 2 mesi e altrimenti posso annullare l ordine che ho annullato il 22 febbraio e fino ad ora nessun rimborso tutte le mie e-mail sono state risposte con per favore dacci un mese poi 2 settimane poi 1 settimana poi finalmente oggi mercoled prossimo questa sicuramente una truffa e sto consigliando a tutti di evitare perch non otterrai l ordine o Un rimborso Solo niente There is no other words to describe my experience with this company i ordered iphone on 24 Jan and paid online didnt get any delivery and after 5 calls i was informed that it should take Atleast another 2 month and otherwise i can cancel the order which i did cancel on 22 Feb and until now no refund all my emails was replied with please give us a month then 2 weeks then 1 week then finally today next Wednesday this is definitely a scam and i am advising everyone to avoid as u wont get the order or a refund Just nothing

worst exprience ever
I had the worst experience of this shop ever I order a Nintendo switch lite on the April 2023 and even now after a year still nothing they sent me a wrong color and I sent it back to replacing it and the process took months after few months of contacting they said that they are refunding the money which now after 8 months I still waiting The whole process of sending back the wrong product also took months and very annoying I had to pay 22 euro for the DHL which they didn t care for the cost of their mistake I only suggest to buy from this shop if you have time for years to waiting for their respond

They are the worst I purchased a phone and I didnt receive it and I requested a refund 3 months ago and until now no refund Each time I call or email them they say next week and it is never done I am filing a legal suit against if by next week it is not refunded Avoid purchasing from them its a fraud
