What a great company to deal with Sent a picture to them to be put on a coaster and somebody rang me back sorry I forgot his name saying that it was a poor quality picture so I cancelled the order A few weeks later sent them a better quality picture same person rang me back suggesting a few things which would enhance the picture which I agreed to The coasters have arrived and they look fantastic I wish I could give them more stars they certainly go the extra mile

Really personal service

I just received my order of tablemats with a lovely handwritten note from Alistair saying that you had noticed a minor mark on one of the mats you had pressed for me so you had not only re-pressed it but also sent me the one with the minor barely visible mark in case it is of any use to me This goes way beyond the personal customer service that is so sadly lacking from many companies these days and so deserves a huge thank you and a 5-star review
