Don t bother if you live in the UK Its too taxing

Having waited several weeks for the gloves I was looking forward to receiving them when I had a tracking email However things are not that easy Customer service is disappointing They don t seem to read anymore than the top line of an email so never answer what you are actually asking As I have not received the gloves yet I cannot comment on the quality So far my parcel is stuck with parcel force I have just had to pay import duty and VAT for the second time as the UK VAT was collected by Vallerret and then by customs and funnily enough I have had to pay VAT on the VAT as Valleret include that in the value of the goods Thanks for that In all I have had to pay around 70 in Tax I would advise anyone not to bother how ever good these gloves are its just not worth the cost or the trouble

Excellent product and company to deal with

Very satisfied with the two different gloves I bought from Vallerret excellently made and thought out but I ordered the size wrong and what makes this company so great to deal with is there after sales service nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to make sure I was happy which is such a rare thing these days I would highly recommend these products and the company behind them I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future

Excellent customer service and gloves appear to be well made Received helpful advice from their customer service regarding what gloves are likely to be suitable for my destination Don t rely on the historic negative reviews about their poor customer service because the gloves are now despatched from a UK warehouse and they were received in good time
