I ordered a Photostick Weeks ago for delivery to Portugal I expected delivery in my letter box as I would from Amazon and any other online seller I tracked it to Portugal Postal Customs and received three pages in Portuguese which I eventually realised was to do with Imports The selling company declined to help said I should have read their terms of Business I managed to retrieve the photostick from customs and had to pay an extra 32 64 euros duty As anyone looking at the Photostick advertisement knows there was no mention of customs or extra duty Before Ordering from this company I would strongly suggest you do the following 1 find and read their terms 2 look up consumer reviews such as Trustpilot 3 check if you can get same on Amazon

As with the other comments I feel like I have been mugged by this company - paid the 79 99 plus 21 to retrieve from PO This Ad should be removed from Face Book DO NOT BUY useless No way to contact after purchase links not working

Total rip-off
Total rip-off Only found 13 out of over 100 photos in one directory Duplicate finder is useless unless you save all found files hundreds or thousands in one directory Their return policy is useless I got screwed out of 45

If only I d read the reviews before paying I ve not received my Photostick tracking is virtually non-existent as it any form of customer service I ve been waiting for weeks and have now requested a refund via Paypal During the wait I have discovered that all you need to do to find images is to search jpg and up will come all of your images Yes it will be a long file but that s what you would have been presented with in any case Duplicated images with the same name should appear adjacent to each other To sum up DO NOT attempt to purchase this product you probably don t need it in any case

Picture Keeper Pro support sucks I have sent 5 emails since December and no response They won t even respond on how to send product back waste of time and money I warned them that I will get on social media and I will continue to do that as long as they don t respond
