Unreliable Supplier with Poor Communication and Damaged Products
I had a disappointing experience with this supplier I initially ordered 1 000 units but they only shipped 600 units at first Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone they ignored my messages for almost three weeks After numerous follow-ups they finally sent the remaining units but 100 of them were damaged and Amazon marked them as Distributor Damaged This situation raised serious concerns about their reliability and professionalism Recently I tried reaching out to them about restocking but once again they are unresponsive If they want to build and maintain relationships with their customers they need to significantly improve their communication and overall service
