Personal customer service is tops I thought it was a thing of the past but I get help and information quickly and many times it is directly from Matt Willer I get open communication get all my questions clarified and receive a great return on my investment I was pleased with my communications and with my earnings and they made it quick and simple when I wanted to invest a bit more

I have been investing for 20 years across a variety of different investments Some have been good and some not so good I found PCG on Facebook and thought I was do some research They sounded good but don t they all when they are touting for investment I then sat through one of their quarterly updates and I was surprised with the transparency and openness when answering questions so I took the plunge Its now 10 months on and I am thrilled with my investments I have three bonds and getting ready to invest in another They do what they say and deliver on a good return

All three of my investments with Phoenix Capital Group Holdings PHX went smoothly including importantly receiving all my cash distributions on time For my last investment Matt the PHX principal allowed me to swap into a new even higher yielding bond they recently started offering He and his team worked closely with me to make this happen responding quickly with answers to ALL of my questions and concerns Matt recently gave a webex meeting to inform investors of the company status which was very positive and of their recently updated investor portal for ease of use I had no issues with PHX
