Not honorable
I was told when I entered the shop that there was a 30 discount on all items in the shop When I tried several items the owner manager told me that he would give me additional discounts additional 10 or more on some of the items It was my fault for not checking but when I got home I discovered that he had only given me the standard 30 discount on all items I bought over 2 500 of goods before discount from the shop and felt cheated after spending so much He was not honorable Whilst the products are nice I m afraid I will not be going back nor can I recommend the shop

Knightsbridge store is terrible
I would give the Knightsbridge store zero stars I ordered a custom color cape in February with an estimated two week delivery No one contacted me on any delays as the manager Jennah was on holiday I followed up three time and I haven t received the cape I have a requested a refund as I don t want it in summer but no replies This is over 1000
