7000 before me in line
Never been able to order because there are over 7000 before me in line and has been for weeks now Mostly wanted to see which groceries they have but this cannot even be done before it is my turn so I am giving up on this Will never order from here but again will probably never get the chance anyway

Today I have no food for dinner
Today I have no food for dinner no food to make lunch for work literally an empty fridge I don t even have anything to drink because- I ve ordered Picnic I ve made an order between 21-22 o clock It is 00 05 now and still no delivery Not even a single message or a phone call that they won t make it I sent message by WhatsApp at about 22 o clock no answer It wasn t 1st time I ve ordered everything was fine before It s 1st time they fvcked up I wouldn t be so mad if they called and apologized set another time or whatever For now I don t even know if they will deliver tomorrow or so if I ll get my money back if I should go for a grocery shopping tomorrow or what I also have paying problems There is an error all the time like try again later It is last time I ve ordered cuz as I said it would be okay if they called or sent message with apologizing and asking for another time day or cancel But like now Well Fvck that

Waste of time for applying for jobs Reply No thanks I don t need to interact with someone who gives false hopes Rejecting people based on their ethnicity while they meet all your requirements is nonsense If you don t respect my valuable time spent applying to your company and don t provide me with the reason for rejecting me then this is the review you deserve Contacting your HR department won t give me the job role anyway plus this review stays here and I am not going to re-apply for the position I wanted Too late I have proof of application and rejection with no reason via email if you ever challenge this review

The worst customer service I have ever
The worst customer service I have ever encountered They f cked me over so many times Not sure why I kept giving it another try So unreliable 50 of the tine your order won t come and if you re lucky enough you d get a notification but if not you d just be waiting for nothing until you have to check it out yourself Writing to them on WhatsApp won t get you anywhere as they take ages to reply And when you call they give you the option to cancel or to pick it up yourself Like seriously That defeats the whole purpose of your service

Lying about not being at home for delivery
I waited two hours for the delivery to arrive contacted customer service and they told me they didn t know what had happened The next day they told me that the delivery guy reported that I wasn t at home which is false They say that I have to pick up the delivery at their warehouse 10 km away from my home and that even if I don t go I have to pay No possibility to cancel Customer service is unbearable kept telling me lies like the delivery worker tried to contact me Avoid this service

No Delivery Horrible Customer Service
Similar to some other reports I see here we had a case where the runner claimed they could not find our house when it s very clearly labeled and numbered They called us and I returned the call shortly after However since the return call was more than 10mins later they now refuse to reschedule a delivery and say we have to pick it up from a warehouse 6km away despite the fact we have no means of getting there why we ordered delivery I would have some understanding if an address was confusing but our names and number are written so clear it s hard to miss and this entire drama would have been avoided if the runner had the bare minimum intelligence to ring the doorbell Customer service quotes things from the AGB that aren t actually in there which is a massive red flag And of course they threaten to charge anyway if you don t pick it up I can t in good faith recommend the company anymore and would advise everyone to stay away until this atrocious attitude and customer support is fixed

The worst service I ve ever seen They wrote here earlier about problems with delivery I found myself in the same situation The courier called me but I didn t have any missed calls As a result I had to pick up my groceries at a warehouse on the other side of town As a result I was absolutely sick picking up heavy bags of food by taxi Moreover the warehouse workers assured me that it was possible to deliver the food at another time by contacting the courier directly But the customer service just shrugged and did not help What is the result A spoilt mood and money spent on a taxi I absolutely do not recommend it

Customer is not right
I was very happy with the service of this app very convenient until some problems happen that you are not in control of some problems from their end for example it happened with me The delivery guy got under my house I was waiting for him to ring for 10 minutes I was waiting waiting on my phone near the bell No one rang and then he left away I was built I asked the picnic support team what happened They told me they will contact the warehouse and come back to me It looked like they have forgotten my order but then maybe that was not the case because they said that I was not home although I was explicitly home fully focused on the bell and on the delivery app 30 minutes before the driver arrives because they give life tracking and I asked for a refund they didn t accept and I told them screw you I m not gonna use this app anymore Just thought you guys should know I don t recommend this company It works fine until one time you get screwed I got robbed Not refunded And I deleted my account I just dont want to hear picnic anymore Again they say I was not here and the guy names Benjamin rang Why would I order a delivery and leavee

Hiring and firing also fast
Well it was some experience the food at work really good The captain s some were nice some just wanted to ask how much time you should spend on toilet The hiring was fast but also the firing for no reason not one but few like using one for their usage like a waste Better look for honest company so u can plan Better

Too much plastic
I received my first order today The app is very easy to use the selection is great and the prices are fair The deliver was on time However the quantity of plastic used for the deliver was HUGE Almost every product came in a plastic bag we probably got 15 big plastic bags in total While the service was very good I probably won t use it anymore unless they give other options such as hard plastic boxes that can be returned at next delivery I really hope they will introduce alternatives Thanks
