I ordered the product on 5 Aug but not

I ordered the product on 5 Aug but not yet received the product 19 Aug today I can t comment the product until I receive it yet the delivery time and tracking process can be further improved For example the expectation time needed for international shipment should be clear state If I knew it will take almost a month to deliver I will not place the order
