I did not download this application I did not install it on my phone but they charged my virtual credit card What does this mean How did they get my virtual card information I want the 119 99 Turkish Lira withdrawn on September 18 2024 to be returned to my card

An old trick failed

I just signed-up for their 7-day free trial and they immediately tried to take the post-trial fee out of my checking account Fortunately the Fraud Dept at my bank blocked it and suggested that I also cancel my card This is one time the bad guys got what they deserved

Ridiculous tech nonsense company

Oh boy this product is ROUGH It feels like they rolled it out before it was ready I mean you can barely do anything with it It s features are garbage and barely work and when they do work they degrade the quality of your photos I honestly can t believe that this is marketed as a photo editor Their AI is beta at best and turns your photos into unusable messes--AND you have to pay a PREMIUM for access to these features The interface on desktop and mobile is buggy AF dragging and dropping seems to be too complex for their programming lol Their other editing controls are just basic stuff you can do on your phone already Pretty tragic for a tech company It s like a waaaay worse Canva with half the features DUMB Don t waste your money Reddit has lists of free photo editors if you re looking for a usable program and to avoid crazy charges with these softwares

absolutely terrible Everytime I go to click on anything in the website something else pops up everytime I have tried to cancel my subscription for MONTHS and each time it says i DONT have a subscription going been getting charged 20 for shit finally it has said I have pro no refunds though so fk you picsart
