Received a broken item after 2 weeks still waiting

Received a broken item customer service quickly promised to bring a new one Now waited two weeks they still have not done that

I like that I was able to get the service when I was sick I was bit worried that worse sort of produce will be picked and so it was for few items including bread with expiry date for the same day I received shopping I got replacement but I did not like the quality - it was most likely cheaper product Some products were not available I will give another service a try The person helping out with order was very kind though

It s great having shopping bags home really in one hour It would have been even better if bags were delivered up to the apartment floor this way i will probably use other services for big purchases

Very attentive staff and customer service My order was a bit delayed and I asked the person who packs the order Even though it was not in his payrole he took the time to look it up for me The customer service was quick to answer my email and the driver apologiesed sincerely for the delay
