Probably the worst experience I have

UPDATE Pictory has really come through for me and made all the necessary changes and now it worsk absolutely perfect as it should Glad I stuck around for them to make the changes because the product is amazing Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a service What they offer sounds great however the site signs you out automatically about every hour so every time you try to download a clip it will sign you out and then you have to start over Use a different service there are plenty of others I didnt even get to the worst part yet I tried contacting customer service on 5 different occasions and I have not heard one peep back from them They dont even care Horrible horrible experience
